Summary: Emergency fixes.

Install namespace placeholder files to the result area, too.

Change namespace and system URLs to include the short project name
(homepage).

Slightly reworded CSS error note, replaced invalid <font> tags with
CSS1-understandable style="" attributes.

Added content for targyak/algoritmus.

Added rewrite rules to .htaccess for backwards compatibility with the
old URLs for the Hunglish and Stuki projects.

Fixed screen.css for validity.

Generate HTML instead of XHTML. (Palm Web Pro and Netscape 4.7* choke on XML.)
Don't copy xml:lang attributes to the output (that's not valid HTML 4).

Don't copy <content> tags to the HTML output.

Change stylesheet reference to inline @imports, in order to hide the
stylesheet from Netscape 4.

Add a great deal of <div class="clear">'s to fix layout in IE, Opera and Gecko.
