Converted Makefile to Ant build.xml.

Added images.

Added a sample Java class (not working, and unnecessary).

Split up XSLT stylesheet to separate reorder logic from the HTML
generation.

Added DTDs (don't try to validate anything, it won't work).

Vastly improved appearance in Konqueror, but ruined layout in
Mozilla. I haven't dared to look at the generated pages in IE yet.
Browser support still needs a lot of work.
