Summary: Fix gLite configurator script snippets.
Keywords: 

* scripts/glite-environment-perl (set_glite_environment): Add more
  details to error message in case of missing file.  Allow environment
  override for all variables.

* scripts/glite-environment-sh: Doc update.  Fix stupid braino in config
  reader.  Use file lookup order of the Perl version.  Add default values
  and sanity checks, like in the Perl version.
