Summary: Fix LDAP synchronization problems with CAs with an email address in their DN.

* scripts/voms-ldap-sync (extract_ca_info): Ignore any CA subject with
  the "/emailAddress=" DN flavour; there is always another one with
  "/Email=", and we need to use that instead.
