Summary: Use VO name instead of alias in ldap synchronization scripts.

* perl/EDG/VOMSLDAP.pm (start_handler): Don't require the alias
  attribute.  Use the name instead of the alias.

* scripts/edg-voms-ldap-sync: Update docs.
  (open_voms_connection, update_voms_members, main): Use VO name instead of alias.
