Payment:
The total fee incl. hotel costs should be paid not later than 5 May, 2009. On-site registration is possible, but in that case admission cannot be guaranteed. Preferred mode of payment is wire transfer, although credit card is also accepted. All payments must be at no expense to Pannonia Tourist Service.

Confirmation:
Registration and reservations will be confirmed when the payment is received. No guarantee can be given in case of late request for bookings of hotels or optional programme. Any changes in hotel reservation should be transmitted to Pannonia Tourist Service in written form.

Cancellation policy:
Before 5 May, 2009 the full amount of registration fee paid will be refunded, except an administration fee of EUR 15. After 5 May, 2009 and in case of no-show there will be no refund.

Hotel bookings can be cancelled without penalty till 5 May, 2009, in case of cancellation after 5 May, 2009 the cost of 1 night should be paid, the rest will be refunded. Cancellation within 7 days before arrival and in case of no show – there will be no refund of hotel costs.
